Clone an Action Template or Event
You can create an action template or event based on an existing one by cloning the desired template or event, then editing it to make it unique.
- From the home page, click Configure and click Action Manager.
- Select either Activity Update or Webhook from the Action drop-down list.
TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.
- Select the desired template or event you want to clone.
- Click Clone selected records.
- Enter a new Description and click Clone.
The new template or event appears in the list.
- Select it and finish entering details for the new template or event in the panel on the right.
