Configure GIS Data on a Case Template
You can use map layers to display specific information from a map layer on a case's Summary page. For example, by selecting the PARCELS map layer and the OWNER_NAME field, you can make the name of the parcel owner appear on the Summary page of a case.

- From the home page, click Permitting and click Case Templates.
TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.
- On the Case Templates panel, select a template.
- On the GIS Data panel, click Add record.
- Select the Map Layer using the drop-down list.
- Select the Map Layer Field using the drop-down list.
- Click Add.
