Edit a Condition

Conditions can be edited.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Conditions security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.

  • You must have a case type. See Case Types for more information.
  • You need at least one task. See Task Setup (Permit) for more information.
  • You must have at least one discipline. See Disciplines and Trades for more information.
  1. From the home page, click Permitting and click Conditions.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select the condition you want to edit from the Conditions panel.

NOTE: Multiple records can be added or edited at the same time. See Perform a Bulk Export or Bulk Import for more information.

  1. On the Details panel, make any changes needed.

NOTE: Your changes are automatically saved, and the changes are verified by a notification at the bottom of the page.
