Remove a Condition

A condition may need to be removed.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Conditions security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.

IMPORTANT: While it is possible to delete a condition, we strongly discourage you from doing so. Deleting a condition will cause errors for any cases associated to that condition.

  1. From the home page, click Permitting and click Conditions.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select a condition from the Conditions panel.
  2. On the Details panel, turn off the Active switch to deactivate the condition.

If a condition has not been associated to one or more cases, for example if the condition was configured incorrectly, you can remove it by following these steps:

  1. Select a condition from the Conditions panel and click Delete selected records.

  1. Click Delete on the confirmation panel.
