Licensing Fields
The following fields display on the Details panel on the Licensing page and the Licenses tab on the Employees page:
NOTE: Style and Admin are available with any Trimble Unity HTML5 application. For example, if your organization is licensed for Respond, additional licensing is not required for Style or Admin. The Style app can be added to your site.
- Call Center: Gives the user rights to view and edit service requests.
- CCTV Interface: Gives the user rights to use the CCTV Interface.
- Contracts: Gives the user rights to view and edit contracts.
- Enterprise URL: Gives the user rights to generate Enterprise URLs that can be used to share saved searches.
- Equipment Check Out: Gives the user rights to use Equipment Check Out.
- Insights: Gives the user rights to use Insights.
- Insp API: Gives the user rights to access inspections via an API.
- Metrics API: Gives the user rights to work order readings via an API.
- Mobile Android: Gives the user rights to the Android app.
- Mobile iOS: Gives the user rights to the iOS app.
- OpX Budgets: Gives the user rights to use Budgets in OpX.
- OpX Contracts: Gives the user rights to use Contracts in OpX.
- OpX Projects: Gives the user rights to use Projects in OpX.
- OpX Web App: Gives the user rights to use OpX.
- Paver Interface: Gives the user rights to use the Paver Interface and Pavement Management.
- Respond Web App: Gives the user rights to use Respond.
- SR API: Gives the user rights to access service requests via an API.
- Storeroom: Gives the user rights to use Storeroom.
- Storeroom API: Gives the user rights to access Storeroom via an API.
- Trimble Unity Field: Gives the user rights to use Trimble Unity Field.
- Unity Maintain Edit (Essentials): Gives the user rights to view and edit service requests, work orders, and inspections.
- Unity Maintain Edit+ (Standard): Gives the user the same rights as Unity Maintain Edit, as well as the rights to view and edit web services.
- Unity Maintain Inspection: Gives the user rights to view and edit inspections, as well as view service requests and work orders.
- Unity Maintain View: Gives the user rights to view service request, work orders, and inspections.
- Unity Permit Case API: Gives the user rights to access permits via an API.
- Unity Permit Case API Extended: Gives the user rights to access all case types (permits, code enforcement cases, business licenses, and administration) via an API.
- Unity Permit Edit (Essentials): Gives the user rights to edit cases.
- Unity Permit Edit+ (Standard): Gives the user the same rights as Unity Permit Edit, as well as the rights to Unity Permit Case API and Unity Permit Case API Extended.
- Unity Permit View: Gives the user rights to view cases.
- WO API: Gives the user rights to access work order functions via an API.
- WO API Extended: Gives the user the same rights as WO API, as well as access functions (tasks, labor, material, equipment, etc.) via an API.
- Workload: Gives the user the rights to use Workload.
