Edit a Notification Field

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Notification Field security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information. Alternately, on the Employee Relates page select Designer/Admin in the Module drop-down list and use the Fields drop-down list to select the notification permissions you want to add. See Assign Permissions to Employees for more information.
  1. From the home page, click Permitting or Configure and click Notification Fields.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select the record you want to edit on the Notification Fields panel.

NOTE: Multiple records can be added or edited at the same time. See Perform a Bulk Export or Bulk Import for more information.

The Details panel displays.

  1. On the Details panel, edit the Field Name and Description if desired. Any changes to these fields are automatically saved.

  1. Edit the SQL script if desired: click Update SQL, edit the script, click Verify SQL to confirm the accuracy of the code, then click Save.
