Comment Fields

The following fields are found on comment-related panels.

NOTE: Some fields or panels are hidden by default. Use Style to control which fields and panels are hidden or displayed. See Appendix 2: Fields and/or Panels Hidden by Default in the Style Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information on specific fields or panels that can be revealed or hidden.

• Preview: Click to preview the comment before saving it.
• Bold: Click to bold a word, phrase, or entire sentence in the comment.
• Italic: Click to italicize a word, phrase, or entire sentence in the comment.
• Underline: Click to underline a word, phrase, or entire sentence in the comment.
• Strikethrough: Click to strike a word, phrase, or entire sentence in the comment.
• Superscript: Click to make a word, phrase, or entire sentence in the comment superscript.
• Subscript: Click to make a word, phrase, or entire sentence in the comment subscript.
• Insert Case Link: Click to add a link to a case to the comment.
• Insert Inspection Link: Click to add a link to an inspection to the comment.
• Insert Service Request Link: Click to add a link to a service request to the comment.
• Insert Work Order Link: Click to add a link to a work order to the comment.
• Insert Link: Click to add an external link to the comment.
• Insert User Mention: Click to tag someone within your organization in the comment.
• Insert Bullet List: Click to create a bulleted list.
• Insert Ordered List: Click to create a numbered list.
