Edit a People Profile

Existing people profiles may be updated or changed at any time without having to create entirely new profile to replace them. There are also a few controls that are only available on the People panel.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The People Roles security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.
  1. From the home page, click Permitting and click People.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. On the People panel, select the profile you want to edit.

NOTE: Multiple records can be added or edited at the same time. See Perform a Bulk Export or Bulk Import for more information.

  1. On the Edit People panel, make any changes needed.

NOTE: Your changes are automatically saved, and the changes are verified by a notification at the bottom of the page.
