Add Caller Title Values
Add Caller Title Values that can be assigned to a service request.
- From the home page, click Admin and click Preferences.
- Click the Maintain tab.
- Expand the Caller Title Values section on the Work Order panel.
Existing titles of callers appear in the Caller Title Values section.
- At the bottom of the Caller Title Values section, enter the Code and Description.
- Click Add.
TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.
- To remove a caller title, select it and click Delete selected records.
