Add Caller Title Values

Add Caller Title Values that can be assigned to a service request.

  1. From the home page, click Admin and click Preferences.
  2. Click the Maintain tab.
  3. Expand the Caller Title Values section on the Work Order panel.

Existing titles of callers appear in the Caller Title Values section.

  1. At the bottom of the Caller Title Values section, enter the Code and Description.
  2. Click Add.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. To remove a caller title, select it and click Delete selected records.
