Add Caller Type Values

Add Caller Type Values that can be assigned to a service request.

  1. From the home page, click Admin and click Preferences.
  2. Click the Maintain tab.
  3. Expand the Caller Type Values section on the Service Request panel.

Existing Caller Type Values appear in the list.

  1. At the bottom of the Caller Type Values section, enter the Code and Description.
  2. Click Add.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. To remove a caller type, select it and click Delete selected records.
