Add Category Values for a Service Request

Add Category Values that can be assigned to a service request.

  1. From the home page, click Admin and click Preferences.
  2. Click the Maintain tab.
  3. Expand the Category Values section on the Service Request panel.

Existing Category Values appear in the list.

  1. At the bottom of the Category Values section, enter the Code and Description.
  2. Click Add.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. To remove a category, select it and click Delete selected records.
