Configure Holidays

Add Holidays observed by your organization to avoid having cyclical work orders start on a holiday. Work orders are scheduled to start on the first work day following the holiday. Holiday schedules are defined by domain and are applicable to Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit. The holidays entered here are grouped by year.

1. From the home page, click Admin and click Preferences.

The Preferences page automatically opens to the Shared tab.

2. Expand the Holidays section.

Existing Holidays appear in the list.

3. At the top of the Holidays section, select the Date and enter a Description.
4. Click Add.

5. To edit a holiday, click inside the date field and change the date.
6. To clone a holiday, select the holiday and click Clone selected records.

TIP: To quickly update the holidays for the next year, click inside the date field and change the date. It is automatically be moved to the next year.

7. To remove a holiday, select it and click Delete selected records.
