Add a Template to a Category

This section discusses how to add templates to a template category.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Case Template Categories security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.
  • You must have already created a Public Access Template Category. See Add a Public Access Template Category for more information.
  1. From the home page, click Permitting and click Public Access Template Category.
  2. On the Public Access Template Categories panel, select the category you want to add to the template and then click Add Case Template.

  1. Select the template you want to add, or use the search bar to find it.
  2. Click Add.
