Review Permit Configurations

The Review Config panel provides visibility of where a selected data item (such as a case type, Permit user, status code, etc.) is being used. The steps below outline how to access this visibility for case types, and this same approach is applicable to all Permit items that include the Review Config icon.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The relevant security function(s) and associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. For example, to review the configuration data for case types, the Case Type security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.
  1. From the home page, click Permitting and click Status Codes (or another Permit page).
  2. On the Status Codes panel (or any other Permit panel), select the item that you want to review the configuration for, and click Review Config.

  1. On the Review Config panel, use the drop-down lists to expand the available data for each entry.

If a data item is not being used, expanding the drop-down list will display the phrase Nothing configured.

  1. Click Close to end the review session.
