Subtypes

Subtypes are different case templates based on a common case type. Using subtypes can help improve searches and return more accurate information. Subtypes are extremely flexible and diverse, but are not generally a required element of any case type or template. From the Subtypes panel, you can add a new subtype or view, edit, clone, or remove existing subtypes.
