Configuration Sync

When your administrator has made configuration changes, you can perform a manual configuration sync to pull down the latest changes. Performing a configuration sync also downloads administrator settings used in the app. For example, mobile profile field visibility on work activity edit pages, summary card field layouts, and field validation rules.

1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Sync.
3. Next to Configuration Sync, tap Sync.

The systems manually performs a sync to pull down the latest configuration from your administrator, including mobile profile field visibility on work activity edit pages, summary card field layouts, and field validation rules.
