Fleet Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain Introduction

Fleet is an integration of Trimble Unity Maintain and AgileAssets that allows you to manage vehicles and equipment. Maintain is the system of record for employees and material. AgileAssets is the system of record for equipment.

When an employee record is updated or the Fleet license is applied (Maintain), Fleet (AgileAssets) is notified and a new Fleet record is created or updated in Fleet. When an employee linked to a fleet employee is deleted from Maintain, the employee is set to inactive and an update notification is sent to Fleet instead of the employee being deleted.

NOTE: No notification is sent when the Fleet license is removed.
