Create a Saved Search
Saved searches allow you to not only save commonly used search criteria for future use, but they are also the first step in being able to share maps with others. This topic covers how to create and view saved searches. See Share a Saved Search for details on how to share the saved search data outside of Trimble Unity.
- Perform a search. See Calculation Search for more information.
- Click Save.
The Save Search Definition panel opens.
- Enter a Name and Description for the saved search.
- Select whether the saved search should be Shared Within the Domain, Group, or User.
- Click Save.
TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.
- To view a list of existing saved searches, click Open on the Calculation Search panel.
Existing saved searches are shown in the Saved Search Definitions panel.
- Select a search and click Open to view the search criteria. You can also Share a Saved Search or Display a Saved Search on the Map.
