Export Files from PAVER to Trimble Unity

Files that have been exported from PAVER can be imported into Trimble Unity. Once imported, work orders and inspections are automatically created.

  1. Navigate to Reports > User Defined Reports.

  1. Select Inventory Export from the Memorized Reports drop-down list.

  1. Right-click the User Defined Reports table and click Export to XML file.
  2. Save the file in your chosen location.
  3. Close the User Defined Reports window.
  4. Navigate to Inspection > Inspection Data Export (XML).

  1. Click Browse.

  1. Browse to the location the file will be saved in and click Save.
  2. Select which inspections to export.
  3. Click Export.

  1. Close the Inspection Data Export window.
  2. Click M&R Work Planning.

  1. Click the Project Planning tab.
  2. Click Edit.

  1. Generate your project plan according to your needs.
  2. Click Close.
  3. Click Execute.
  4. Select Project Summary.

  1. Right-click the work in the Project Summary panel and click Export to XML file.

  1. Save the file.
