Add Attachments

The Attachments panel allows you to add images, diagrams, copies of receipts, and other documents to the case.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Users must have the User Tag permission selected under the End User security role and Case User section in Admin. See Security Roles in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  1. Navigate to the Attachments panel.
  2. Click Add.

  1. Browse to the file and select it to upload the file.

TIP: When using a desktop computer, use Shift+click or Ctrl+click to select more than one file.

  1. Remove individual attachments by clicking Delete attachment to the right of the attachment, or remove all attachments by clicking Delete All at the bottom of the panel.

  1. Delete attachment: to remove an individual attachment.
  2. Delete All: to remove all attachments.
  1. Click Delete on the confirmation panel.
