Flags

A flag identifies a problem in the case or permit. Flags appear as messages at the top of the page when the case is being viewed. An overlfow option displays when items do not fit in the screen size. Flags may be used as alerts, reminders, or to stop the progress of the case until certain criteria are met. The Flags panel lists any flags attached to the case. From here, you may add, edit, or remove flags as needed.
