Flags Panel Fields
The following fields are found in the Add Flag and Edit Flag panels.

- Severity: Determines the affect the flag will have on the case.
- Case: Prohibits any updates to a case until the flag is removed.
- Case Stop: Prevents any further case activity until the flag is resolved. This flag may be added by any inspector. Note that this severity level only works with Land Objects.
- Condition: Prevents a case's status from changing to a specific status code based on the condition(s) associated with the flag.
- Discipline: Indicates that the contractor or trade professional assigned to the task does not have a current license or has not filed the necessary paperwork. Work on the task or in the discipline cannot continue until the flag is resolved; however, work may continue in other areas of the project not impacted by the licensing issue.
- Flag: An informative flag and does not limit activity on a case.
- Inspection: Indicates that work has continued when it should have waited for an inspection.
- Landlock: Only comes in the review stage of a case. It indicates that a piece of land does not have the necessary access (public, fire, police, sewage, etc.). The case may not proceed until sufficient access is approved and put in place.
- Viewstop: Hides the case from all users except those listed in the view list as defined in Admin.
- Notes: Enter any additional information concerning the flag.
- Filter records: Click to quickly filter the list of fields in the panel.
- Column Menu: Click to modify the columns shown on the panel.

- Applied By: Who applied the flag to the case.
- Date Applied: The date the flag was applied to the case.
- Severity: Determines the affect the flag will have on the case. See description of each severity listed above.
- Completed By: Who completed the flag.
- Notes: Enter any additional information concerning the flag.
- Date Completed: The date the flag is completed.
