Instrument Release Panel Fields

The following fields are found in the Instrument Release section.

• Remaining Amount: This field shows the remaining amount available.
• Amount Released: Enter a specific amount to be released using only whole numbers. If you enter a percentage in the Percent Released field, this field automatically populates with the whole number equivalent.
• Percent Released: Enter a percent of the total amount to be released, such as 20% or 50% of the total amount. If you enter an amount in the Amount Released field, this field automatically populates with the equivalent percent.
• Released By: Select the ID of the employee authorizing the release.
• Comment: Enter any additional information about the release.
• Date Released: Enter a date, double-click to insert today's date, or select a date from the calendar to set the date the instrument is released.
