Notes Panel Fields

The following fields are found in the Add Notes panel.

NOTE: Some fields or panels are hidden by default. Use Style to control which fields and panels are hidden or displayed. See Appendix 2: Fields and/or Panels Hidden by Default in the Style Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information on specific fields or panels that can be revealed or hidden.

• Comment Code: The code identifier of the comment and cannot be changed.
• Notes: Displays the text of the selected Comment Code, which are written remarks or notes that can give further information on the case. The information loads automatically when the comment code is selected.
• Print On Case: Select to print the comment code and notes on any case documents. Use Style to make the Print on Case check box visible on the Add Notes panel.
• Filter records: Click to quickly filter the list of fields in the panel.
• Column Menu: Click to modify the columns shown on the panel.
