Use Checklists on a Task

Some tasks have checklist items attached to them. If it's configured in Admin, checklist items must be completed before the task can be completed in the workflow. You can add, remove, or complete checklists.

PREREQUISITES:

  • To see checklists, users must have the View permission selected under Case Corrections in Admin. See Security Roles in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  1. Open a case and navigate to the Workflow panel.
  2. Click Edit Task to the right of the task to open the Edit Task panel.

  1. Click Checklists at the bottom of the Edit Task panel to open the Checklists section.

From here, you can set results for individual checklists, set one or all existing checklists to be reinspected (Re-Check), add new records, remove selected records, apply default results, clear all results, and set the number of visible rows.

  2. From the activity toolbar, click Workflow to open the Workflow page.

  • The first time you open Respond, you need to add any apps or pages you need or want to access. For example, use the Route menu option to add a menu item that navigates to the Asset Details, License Management tool, and other pages. See Add Menu Items and Edit Item Fields for more information.
