Equipment Check Out Fields
The following fields are found on panels on the Equipment Checkout page.

The following fields are found on the Reservations panel:
- Filter records: Click to quickly filter the list of fields in the panel.
- Update Reservation: Click to edit the reservation.
- Create Reservation: Click to create a reservation.
- Delete Reservation: Click to remove the reservation.
- Check Out: Click to check out the selected reservation.

Column Menu: Click to modify the columns shown on the panel.

Rows: Click to change the number of rows viewed at a time in the panel.

The following fields are found on the Checked Out Equipment panel:

- Check In: Click to check in the selected equipment.

Rows: Click to change the number of rows viewed at a time in the panel.

The following fields are found on the Create Reservation panel:
- Work Order Id: This is the work order ID the equipment is being checked out for.
- Reserved For: Select the employee the equipment will be reserved for.
- Reserved By: This is the employee reserving the equipment. This field automatically populates with the current user's login.
- Equipment: Select the equipment being checked out, checked in, or reserved.
- Start Date: Enter the start date that the equipment is checked out or reserved for or select it using the calendar. This is a required field.
- Duration Days: Enter the number of days the equipment is used for. Weekends are included in the duration, so if you check out equipment on Thursday and enter 5 for the Duration Days, the End Date is Tuesday. If you wish to extend the End Date by a certain number of hours, you can also enter that number in the Hours field.
- End Date: Enter the date the equipment is checked in or select it using the calendar. This is a required field that is automatically populated if you enter anything in Duration Days or Hours.
- Hours: Enter the number of hours the equipment is checked out for. If the equipment is only used for a few hours during one day, you can enter the number of hours here. You can also enter a number in the Duration Days field and then enter a number in the Hours field to extend the End Date by a few more hours.
- Comments: Enter any comments about the reservation.
- Close: Click to close the panel without creating a reservation.
- Create: Click to reserve the equipment.

The following fields are found on the Check Out panel:
- Equipment Uid: This is the ID of the equipment. This automatically populates and cannot be changed.
- Check Out For: This is the login of the user who is checking the equipment out. This automatically populates and cannot be changed.
- Check Out By: This is the login of the user who is checking the equipment out. This automatically populates and cannot be changed.
- Due Date: This is the date the equipment is due and should be checked in.
- Comments: Enter any comments about the equipment.
- Close: Click to close the panel without checking out the equipment.
- Check Out: Click to check out the equipment.

The following fields are found on the Check In panel:
- Equipment Uid: This is the ID of the equipment. This automatically populates and cannot be changed.
- Check in For: This is the login of the user the equipment was reserved for or checked out by. This automatically populates and cannot be changed.
- Check in By: This is the login of the user who is checking the equipment in. This automatically populates and cannot be changed.
- Comments: Enter any comments about the equipment.
- Close: Click to close the panel without checking in the equipment.
- Check In: Click to check in the equipment.
