Remove Attachments

Attachments that are not relevant to the work activity can be removed. Complete one of the following to remove attachments:

  1. Open the work activity.
  2. Navigate to the Attachments panel.

NOTE: For cases, the Attachments panel has Delete attachment next to Delete All. Select a specific attachment and click Delete attachment to remove the selected attachment.

  1. Click Details to the right of the attachment you wish to remove, and then Delete attachment.

  1. Click Delete on the confirmation panel.

  1. Open the work activity.
  2. Navigate to the Attachments panel.
  3. Click Delete All.

  1. Click Delete on the confirmation panel.
