Measure Area

Users can measure the area of a polygon on the map.

1. Click Measure in the map toolbar.
2. Click Area.
3. Click a point on the map and then click other points to draw a polygon shape.
4. Double-click the last point to complete the polygon.

The measurement is displayed.

5. Select a unit of measurement from the drop-down list.
6. To clear the polygon from the map, click Reset.
7. Click New measurement to clear the one you just took and start a new measurement.
