Filter Records

You can filter records in panels to find specific records in Respond. This is especially helpful if you have a large list and know the exact name or a general idea of the record you are looking for.

NOTE: While there may be slight differences between panels, the functionality is the same.

The following options are available for filtering records:

  1. Filter records: Click to quickly filter the list of fields in the panel.
  2. Column Menu: Click to modify the columns shown on the panel.
  3. Rows: Click to change the number of rows viewed at a time in the panel.

You can click and drag a column to the right or left of another column to change the order the columns are viewed. The app remembers the order of the columns when you log in, except in Dashboard. You can also click a column header to filter the list in ascending or descending order by that column.
