1. Open a work activity.
2. Click a work activity that contains a related activity.

TIP: The work activity icon that contains a related activity has a number in a blue circle and is not grayed out.

A pop-up panel shows a list of all related activities as well as an Open All option.

3. Select an individual activity to open it, or select Open All to open all related work activities. When you open all, the ID numbers of open activities are listed along the top of the work activity panel that opens.

1. Open a work activity.
2. Click Related Activities on the activity toolbar.

TIP: You can also scroll to the main panel of the work activity and click Related to open the Related Activities page. For example, scroll to the Work Order panel on a work order, Inspection Details panel on an inspection, Service Request panel on a service request, or Main panel on a case.

3. To open a single related work activity, click the work activity's ID to open it or select the activity from the list and click Open.
4. To open multiple related activities, select the desired related activities from the list and click Open. When you open multiple activities, the ID numbers are listed along the top of the work activity panel that opens.
