Overall

  • The UI was updated. (16459)

Work Activities

This includes cases, service requests, work orders, and inspections.

  • When a work order is created from a case that has entities, the Work Order Create page carries over the entities so they can be attached to the related work order if wanted. (16275)
  • The Credit field on fees for cases can be hidden by the administrator in Admin. (16600)
  • Multiple waived fees can be unwaived at one time. (16601)
  • Users are able to select all entries in the Assets and Tasks columns when using ELM. (16550)

GIS

  • Respond verifies whether the map service associated with asset types in the layer includes the FeatureService extension, and if so, uses the feature service layer which allows attribute edits on the Asset Details page. (16252)
  • The Condition Score, Warranty Date, and End of Life date display in asset attributes in Asset Details. (16583)

Map

  • The map has been updated. (16069)
  • The Layer Search map tool includes the ability to filter by selected polygons in addition to the current bounding box. (16318)

eURL

  • The option to enable or disable event layer labels in eURL has been added. (16323)

Reports

  • Improvements were made to the preview in the Report Designer, including the ability to download or print a report. (16342)

The following is a list of issues addressed in this version.

Map

  • The Limit Search By Extent options were not working correctly in the Layer Search map tool. (16142)
  • When a spatial feature was selected in Asset Details, it didn't highlight in the map. (16575)
  • Attachments could not be added or deleted using the Data View map tool. (16557)

Work Activities

  • The Tag field on a case allowed users to input more than 80 characters, resulting in an error upon saving. (16519)
  • When adding a condition or violation to a case, the description was duplicated in the drop-down list. (16593)

GIS

  • The Asset Details panel did not consistently display the Shape.Length() information for an asset.(16019)
  • Asset Details was not respecting the font color set in Asset Groups in Admin. (16490)
