Resolved Known Issues

The following is a list of resolved issues in this version.

Map

• The Floor Switcher map tool and corresponding data still appeared and did not update map data when the Service Switcher or Webmaps map tools were used to change maps. (17944)

Work Activities

• Once a filled-out associated form was removed from a work activity, any other associated forms attached to the work activity could not be opened. (17558)

Dashboards

• Users were unable to select any columns when configuring a widget. (17471)

The following is a list of what's new in this version.

Trimble Identity

• When logged in with Trimble Identity and one or more GIS integrations, all GIS tokens from the GIS integrations are registered with the ArcGIS Identity Manager. (16062)
• When a user is logged in through Trimble Identity (TID) and the username is clicked, the Trimble Identity profile settings open in a new tab. When a user logs out of Trimble Unity, they are also logged out of Trimble Identity. (14954, 14962)

Map

• The zoom in and zoom out navigation tools have been added to the map. (17002)
• A loading icon displays in the bottom-right corner of the map and allows a user to interact with the map while it is loading. (17230)

Work Activities

This includes cases, service requests, work orders, and inspections.

• The UI has been updated for case notifications. (16669)
• An Associated Forms panel for viewing and editing forms has been added to inspections, service requests, and work orders. (16831, 16832)

GIS

• Users with the correct permissions can manage GIS alerts associated with selected assets from the Asset Details page. (17078)
• An Associated Assets tab on the Asset Details page shows associations of selected assets as they relate to each other in a utility network. (16915)

Queries

• There is a Field Validation query type that can be used to find where field validations have been applied. (16280)

Task Manager

• The UI has been updated. (16707)
• Users can mark tasks as important and can rearrange tasks. (17017)
• Users can route tasks with valid locations to the Routing map tool and calculate the driving distance from the user's current location to each task. (17164)

Pavement

• Pavement Work Plans functionality is available. (15738)

Unity AI

• Trimble Unity AI allows users to search using natural language queries to quickly and efficiently retrieve information from the data they already have access to. (17198, 17204)

The following is a list of resolved issues in this version.

Map

• When a map's service definition used one or multiple map services and base maps and an asset was selected on the map for a selectable layer, the layer's selectable and visibility check boxes did not stay selected in the Legend map tool. (17411)

Task Manager

• The Target Start Date was using a period instead of a colon to display the time. (17444)

• Various modals were too large. (17123)

Work Activities

• Multi-select case data failed to save when a case was created through Skip Intake and the case data panel was closed after populating the field. (16777)
• The material list on the Crew tab in ELM did not show Units as a required field. (17063)
• The Start Watching Activity icon did not change color, providing no visual confirmation that the user was watching the case. (17048)
• The notification bell did not display the count of new notifications. (16848)
• To open Move Callers to Request in service requests, the Move Callers button had to be clicked twice. (16766)
• Custom form drop-down fields allowed the user to type the search item, but pressing Enter on the keyboard did not select it. (17031)
• Data added to a custom form field in the Instrument panel was not saved. (16992)
• Comments added to a task in the Workflow panel disappeared when a new comment was saved, but reappeared after the panel was reopened. (16979)
• Projects that were set as inactive were still appearing in the Project Code drop-down list. (16936)
• Fields in work order tasks couldn't be cleared. (16699)
• The Projected Finish Date didn't recalculate properly if it was cleared out after the Projected Start Date was updated. (17143)
• The text was duplicated for check box answer types on an observation. (16466)
• When users tried to remove a Job Code from a labor record in ELM, the system became unresponsive and did not save the record. (17133)
• A generic error message appeared instead of the error message defined by the administrator for field validations on work orders. (17202)
• When creating a service request, the Search Extent text overlapped the incident information results. (15590)
• The notification list did not scroll when the number of entries exceeded the display area. (16988)
• Users were able to add costs in ELM without completing all the required fields. (17210)

Reports

• Generated ActiveReports PDFs were saved with a long unique name instead of the report template name. (16815)
• Multi-value parameters could not have more than one parameter selected in the preview in the Report Designer. (17119)

GIS

• GIS attachments could not be viewed or attached in Asset Details. (17089)
