Add Custom Fields Information

The Category Custom Fields panel shows any custom fields associated with the service request.

PREREQUISITES:

  1. Open a service request.
  2. Select a Custom Field Category from a list of custom fields templates.
  3. Enter information in the fields that appear. Required fields are indicated in red. The order of the fields is defined in Admin.

  1. Click Save in the upper-right corner.

IMPORTANT: Only one Category can be selected at a time. Selecting a different Category clears the custom field data (category custom fields) that was populated for the previous Category.
