View or Update Map Layer Fields

Additional GIS fields can be displayed on the service request if the administrator has configured it in Admin. Map layer fields can be updated if anything changes on the service request.

PREREQUISITES: Map layers are set up in Admin on a service request template. See Add GIS Fields to a Service Request Template in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.

1. Open a service request.
2. Click Reset on the Map Layers panel to refresh the values for the panel.

3. Click Save in the upper-right corner.
