Pavement Inspection Fields
Pavement inspections are created through work orders. The pavement inspection shows the pavement inspection ID and the work order that the inspection was created from.
The following fields are found in the General panel:
- Inspection Sid: This field automatically populates with the pavement inspection ID.
- Work Order Id: This field automatically populates with the work order ID that the pavement inspection is associated with.
- Inspected By: Select the employee who inspected the pavement.
- Date Inspected: Enter the inspection date or select it using the calendar.
- Section Class: This field automatically populates with the asset group.
- Section Uid: This field automatically populates with the unique ID for each section of road.
- Show on Map: Click to show the location of the inspection. The map must be open before clicking Show on Map.
- Surface: This field automatically populates with the surface type of the pavement inspection.
- Recommended Samples: The recommendation for sample areas is 2500 square feet.
- Paver Id: This field automatically populates with the pavement inspection ID.
- Branch Type: This field automatically populates with the asset type.
- Branch Id: This field automatically populates with the unique ID for a series of Section UIDs.
- Branch Id Field: This field automatically populates with the mapped identifier.
- Branch Location: This field automatically populates with the location of the branch.
- Section From/To: This field automatically populates with the sections from one area to another area of where the pavement inspection lies.
- Section Area: This field automatically populates with the measurement of the area.
- Comments: Enter any applicable comments for the inspection.
The following fields are found on the Add Sample panel:
- Number: Enter the sample number.
- Type: Select the type of sample. The content of this list is populated by the administrator in Admin under Preferences > Custom Codes > RSMPTYPE.
- Size: Enter a number or choose a number using the arrows, and select a unit of measurement. The content of this list is populated by the administrator in Admin under Preferences > Custom Codes > RSIZUNIT.
- Unit: Select the unit of measurement that corresponds to the Quantity.
- Comments: Enter any applicable comments for the sample.
The following fields are found on the Add Distress panel:
- Distress: Select the type of distress. The is determined by the surface type selected in the General panel.
- Severity: Select Low, Medium, High, or N/A (not applicable) to indicate the level of severity.
- Quantity: Enter a number or select a number using the arrows.
- Unit: The unit of measurement that corresponds to the Quantity.
- Comments: Enter any applicable comments for the distress.
