Notifications Utility Fields
The following fields are found in the Notifications Utility panel.
- Notification Category: The kind of notification used. Select either Email, SMS, or Active Report from the drop-down list.
- Mobile Number: The cell or mobile phone number used for the notification.
- Email: The email address used for the notification.
- Status: An internal code based on the case status. Select either Failed, Completed, or Pending from the drop-down list.
- User: The login ID of the person who added the notification.
- Email Subject: The email subject line.
- Notification Body: The email body.
- Created Date From: The case creation start date. Either enter the date manually, double-click in the field to enter today's date, or use the calendar icon.
- Created Date To: The case creation end date. Either enter the date manually, double-click in the field to enter today's date, or use the calendar icon.
- Case Template: The type of template used for the case. See Case Templates in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
- Case Number: The number or ID of the case.
- Case Status: The status of the case. See Status Codes in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
- Case Tag: A free-form label for the activity a case is associated with. This is not a required item, but can be useful in tracking and organizing large projects that include many different cases.
- Case Initiated Date: The case initiated date. Either enter the date manually, double-click in the field to enter today's date, or use the calendar icon.
- Case Expiration Date: The case expiration date. Either enter the date manually, double-click in the field to enter today's date, or use the calendar icon.
- Case Assigned To: The login ID of the person to whom the case is assigned.
- Case Location: The address associated with the case.
- Filter by Query: Select from a list of predefined queries. See Add a Query for more information.
