Add a Reports Widget

The Report List widget provides quick access to reports containing specific domain and database information.

PREREQUISITES:

  • You must either add a dashboard or edit a dashboard. See Add a Dashboard or Edit a Dashboard for more information.
  • Reports must be created in the Report Designer. See Reports in the Respond Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  1. Click Dashboard.
  2. Click Dashboard Actions in the activity toolbar and click Dashboard Management.

NOTE: The most-recently-viewed dashboards display. To quickly switch between recently-viewed dashboards, see Switch Between Dashboards for more information.

The Dashboard Management page opens.

  1. Click the edit icon in the Dashboards panel.
  2. On the Dashboard - Edit page, click the add icon.

The Add Widget panel opens.

  1. Select Reports.

NOTE: A preview appears to the right on the Add Widget panel that dynamically changes as you define fields for the widget.

  1. Enter the Name.
  2. Select the Name Color.
  3. Select the desired reports.
  4. Click Save.
