Share a Query
You can share a query with individual users.

- Click Search and click Advanced Search.
- Click the Query Management tab.
TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.
- Select an existing query from the Saved Queries panel. Select Show Only Mine to filter the list based on queries you own. The list can also be filtered by selecting the Query Type in the upper-right corner.
- Click Add record on the Modify Permissions panel.
The Add Permissions panel opens.
- On the Add Permissions panel, select View or Edit permissions in the list of employees.
- Click Save.
