Edit a Flag

Existing flags can be edited.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Flags security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.
  • You need at least one case type. See Case Templates for more information.
  • You need at least one condition. See Conditions for more information.
  • You must have users set up. See Users (Permit) for more information.

NOTE: Multiple records can be added or edited at the same time. See Perform a Bulk Export or Bulk Import for more information.

  1. From the home page, click Permitting and click Flags.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. On the Flags panel, click Edit Record next to the flag you want to edit.
  1. Select the flag you want to edit.

  1. On the Details panel, make any changes needed.

NOTE: Changes are automatically saved and verified by a notification at the bottom of the page.
