Search Forms

Search for an existing form to add to a work activity template from the All Forms page.

PREREQUISITES: To view, create, and edit forms, users must have the Smart Forms employee relate assigned to them. See Give Employees Access to Pages in Admin for more information.

1. From the home page, click Configure and click Work Activity Templates.
2. Click the All Forms tab.
3. Search for a form with the following ways:
   1. Use Filter by text to filter the results by the form Title.
   2. Use Created by to search by the person who created the form.
   3. Use Used in to search by the template the form is used for.
