Search Workflows

Search for an existing workflow on All Workflows page.

  1. From the home page, click Configure and click All Workflows.

TIP: Alternatively, open the Work Activity Templates page and click the All Workflows tab.

  1. Search for a workflow with one of the following ways:
    1. Use Filter by text to filter the results by the workflow Title.
    2. Use Status to search by either Draft, Published, or Unpublished Changes.
    3. Use Modified By to search by user.
    4. Use Used in Work Activity to search by either work order, service request, or inspection templates.
    5. Use Used in Template to search by a specific template the workflow is associated with.
