Activity Types

You can view, create, and edit the following activity types in the app:

• Work Orders
• Inspections
• Service Requests
• Cases
• Case Tasks (View and edit only)
• Case Violations

IMPORTANT: To access Permit functionality in the app (cases, case violations, case tasks), you must first review and complete all prerequisites. See Cases for more information.
