Map

The map contains a visual representation of an area. Use Show map options to view the map in full screen, split the screen between the work management window and the map, or close the map. You can also resize the map, which later opens the map to the same distance the next time you click Show map options. See Resize the Map for more information.

The Selection, Navigation, and Floor Filter map tools are docked on the map. See Selection, Navigation, or Floor Filter for information on these tools. Additional map tools can be viewed from the map toolbar.

NOTE: Map tools can be customized depending on the profile the user is viewing in Pavement. See Customize Map Tools Based on the Plugin in the Style Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information on customizing map tools.

1. Click All Tools to view all available map tools, information about the map, or configure your favorite map tools. See Favorite Map Tools for more information.
2. Click Expand or Collapse to view the map tools as icons or icons with text.
3. Click Close in the upper-right corner to close the map tool.
