Payment Logs

Administrators can view and download payment provider logs directly within the Admin page. Provider logs show the status of all payments made on the Public Access portal. No financial or personal information is included.

PREREQUISITES:

  • You must have the Public Site Admin check box selected in Admin. See Users in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  • The Site Configuration security function must be selected in Admin for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  • The Public Access Role security function must be turned on in Admin for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  • The Log Payment Provider Calls option must be turned on in the Site Config page. See Payment Panel for more information.
  1. On the side menu, click Admin.
  2. Click the Payment Logs tab.

  1. When the desired log in Payment Logs is selected, the Payment Log Viewer section opens. From here you can download a .txt file of the log.
