Load Asset Information

You can load asset information from different areas in Respond.

  1. Open a work order.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select an asset or multiple assets on the Assets panel.
  2. Click Asset Details.

The Asset Details page opens and the selected assets load in the Assets panel.

  1. Open an inspection.
  2. Navigate to the Entity panel.

  1. Select an asset and click Details.

The Asset Details page opens and the selected asset loads in the Assets panel.

  1. Open a service request.

  1. Select an asset or multiple assets on the Assets panel.
  2. Click Asset Details.

The Asset Details page opens and the selected assets load in the Assets panel.

  1. Open a case and navigate to the Address panel.

  1. Select an address or multiple addresses to activate the asset details icon.
  2. Click the asset details icon.
