Contractor

A contractor is an individual or business that provides equipment, materials, or labor to complete a project on a contractual basis. The Contractor panel lists all of the contractors associated with the case. From here, you may add or remove contractors as needed. Subcontractors can be added when editing a contractor on a case.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Contractor security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  • A contractor employee must be defined for each contractor company in order to be added to a case. See Add a Contractor Employee in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
