Contractor Panel Fields

The following fields are found on the Edit Contractor panel.

• Contractor Type: The type of contractor, such as a concrete, asphalt, or general contractor.
• Business Name: The name of the business the contractor works for.
• First Name: The first name of the contractor.
• Last Name: The last name of the contractor.
• Address Line 1: The address associated with the selected contractor.
• Address Line 2: An additional address associated with the selected contractor.
• Address Line 3: An additional address associated with the selected contractor.
• City: The city where the address is located.
• Zip Code: The zip code where the address is located.
• State: The state where the address is located.
• Work Phone: The office or work phone number for the contractor.
• Work Phone Ext: The extension of the contractor's work phone.
• Fax: The fax number for the contractor.
• Home Phone: The home phone number for the contractor.
• Cell Phone: The mobile phone number for the contractor.
• Email: The email address used by the contractor.
• Comments: Additional information about the contractor.
• General Liability: The name of the general liability insurer.
• General Liability Expiration Date: The date when the General Liability expires.
• WC Liability: The name of the company that provides worker's compensation for the contractor in the event of an accident on the job.
• Liability Expiration Date: The date when the WC Liability expires.
• License Number: The contractor's license number.
• License Expiration Date: The expiration date of the contractor's license.
• Created By: The username of the person who created the contractor record in Admin.
• Created Date: The date the contractor record was created in Admin.
• Modified By: The username of the person who modified the contractor record in Admin.
• Modified Date: The date the contractor record was modified in Admin.
