Edit a Person's Information

To edit the information of a person associated with a case, complete the following:

  1. Open a case and navigate to the People panel.
  2. Click the edit icon to the right of the role to open the Edit Person panel.

NOTE:

  • One person may have several different roles in a single case. For example, the property owner of a residential property can also be the applicant, builder, and occupant. For complete representation, ensure all relevant roles are assigned to each individual within the case. If more than one role code is added, only the first role code selected is displayed in the People panel.
  • If the Add to People check box is selected on the intake page, it's grayed out on the Edit People panel.
  • City, state, and country values may automatically populate when a zip code is entered if an administrator has configured the zip code in Admin. See Add a Country Code, State, or Zip Code in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  1. Click in any available fields to edit the information.
  2. Click Save.
