Change Contract

The contract the line item is associated with can be changed on the Line Item Costs panel in ELM.

PREREQUISITES: The line item must be the same in both contracts. If there are no matching line items, no contracts show in the Available Contracts section of the Change Contract panel. See Add Line Item in the OpX Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.

1. Open ELM. See Open ELM for more information.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

2. On the Line Item Costs panel, select the line item to be updated from the Actual, Reported, or Estimated section.

3. Click Change Contract.

4. On the Change Contract panel, select the contract from the Available Contracts section.
5. Click Confirm.
