Open Equipment Change Out

There are multiple ways to open equipment change out.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The first time you open Respond, you need to add the Equipment Change Out page to the menu. See Add Menu Items for more information.
  1. Select an asset on the map.
  2. Click the Equipment Change Out page from the menu.
  1. Open the work order.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select the desired asset in the Assets panel.
  2. Click Equipment Change Out.

  1. Select an asset on the map.
  2. Open Asset Details.
  3. Select an asset and click Equipment Change Out.

  1. Open the Query Editor.
  2. View the results of a GIS Feature or GIS Object query.
  3. Select an asset from the results and click Open Change Out.
